AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT AND SIDE YARD SPACE MQUWr-
MENTS ON LOTS NINE, (9) AND TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), RW= ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5.420 AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SCITION 1.
That Lots mime (9)
and ten (10), $lock one

Addition to the
City of Little Rock,
Arkansap, being 3020
and 3022
Elm Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "I" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements on the front and side of said property is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots nine (9) and ton (10)1, block one
(1), Remmel Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "I" Light Industrial District and with front and side yard
space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
