AN ORDINANCE AUZiORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
MISCELLANEOUS LOT OF SMALL TOOLS AGGREGATING A TOTAL
COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN
DOLLARS (4515.00)0 FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
a miscellaneous lot of small tools, for use by the Street Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock, at a total aggregate cost not
to exceed the sum of Five Hundred and Fifteen Dollars ($515.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
