AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE 700 BOTTLES OF RABIES VACCINE; 6 DOZEN
HYPODERMIC NEEDLES; 30 DOZEN BOTTLES OF ALCOHOL;
AND 15 ROLLS OF UNSTERILE COTTON, FOR USE BY THE
r CITY POUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase for
use by the City Pound of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Seven
Hundred (700) bottles of rabies vaccine, Six (6) dozen hypodermic needles,
Thirty (30) dozen bottles of alcohol, and Fifteen (15) rolls of unsterile
cotton, at a total cost not to exceed the sum of Two Thousand and
Seventy Five Dollars ($2075.00).
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
