AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
TWO MONTHS' SUPPLY OF ASSORTED AMMUNITION FOR USE BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
two months' supply of assorted ammunition, for use by the Little
Rock Police Department, at a total cost not to exceed the sum of
Three Hundred and Sixty -Five Dollars ($365.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
