AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9173, AUTHORIZING
AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO .A.DVERTISE,
TkKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE ONE DRAGLINE AND CLAMSHELL
COMBINATION WITH BACKHOE ATTACHMENTS FOR USE BY THE
STREET DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
$_ IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9173 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase one dragline
and clamshell combination with backhoe attachments for use by the
Street Department of the City of Little Rock, at a total cost not to
exceed the sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00)."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
