AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH ONE OR MORE PERSONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
NEGOTIATING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN
THE AREA DESIGNATED BY THE ARKANSAS STATE
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AS THE LOCATION OF THE
LITTLE ROCK RIVERFRONT DRIVE.

SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to enter into a contract with one or more persons for the purpose of
negotiating the purchase of real property within the area designated by the Arkansas
State Highway Department as the location of the Little Rock Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the employment of such person or persons shall
be on a per diem basis at a rate not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) per day per
person.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and e%ect from
and after its passage and approval. ,
