AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TEN (10), BLOCK SEMEN (7), BOWMAN'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROC$, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5,420 AS AMFAIDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
TlCflf 1.
That Let ten (10), Block seven (7), Bowman,s Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3110 High Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as x8" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot ten (10).. Block seven (7),
Bowman's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property-to behereafter known and classified as
"being in the "C" Tvo- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be 'in force
from and after its passage.
