AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PARTS of BLOCKS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), WATK INS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR.OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That all of Lot* one (1) and two (2),. Block one (1),
and all of Block two (2), National Park Subdivision of Block one (1),
Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; also all that
part of Lot one (1); all that part of the west 9* feet of the northeast
quarter (N*) of Lot two (2); and all that part of the east 65 feet of
the northwest quarter (NWJ) of Lot two (2) which lies north of the
highway right-of- -way, all being in block two (2), Watkins Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being between East Twenty -Sixth Street
and Roosevelt Road east of Confederate Boulevard, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property described in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "g" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance :shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
