AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST ONE THIRD (113) OF LOT TEN (10),
BLOCK THREE (3), PLUNKETTS 2ND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
__ "'-- - - -- T'I`ON 1. That the west one third (1/3) of Lot ten (10), Block
three (3), Plunkett$ 2nd Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 2107 West Second Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby ascended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said west one third (113) of Lot
ten (10), Block three (3), Plunketts 2nd Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
