ORDINANCE NO. 9198
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUI RMTS AND TWO
BUILDINGS ON LOT EIGHT (8), GARDEN HOLES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5,420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That Let eight (8), Garden Homes Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1705 Boyce Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Twos- Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space requirements and two buildings on
one lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot eight (8), Garden Homes Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C"
Two -Family District and with yard space requirements and two buildings
on one lot waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
