AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED AND
TWELVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS 0412.50) TO PAY FRANK
FULK, REALTOR, FOR NEGOTIATING THE PURCHASE OF ALL THAT
PART OF THE WEST HALF OF BLACK FIVE, PLUNKET TIS SUB-
DIVISION OF FOREST PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, WHICH LIES SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 10, LOCATED WHOLLY
WITHIN THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,
RANGE 13 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED BY
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR THE ERECTION OF A FIRE STATION
TEERSf3N S; AXD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred and Twelve
Dollars and Fifty Cents 0412.50) is hereby appropriated from the
proceeds of a bond issue floated by the City of Little Rock to
improve the Little Rock Fire Department,for the purpose of paying
Frank Fulk, Realtor, for his services in negotiating the purchase
or property described as:
All that part of the West half of Block 5, PLUNKETTtS
SUB- DIVISION of FOREST PARK ADDITION to the City of Little
Rock, Which lies South of Highway 10, located wholly within
the North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas;
said property to be used for the construction of a fire station thereon.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed
to issue the Cityls warrant in the sum of Four Hundred and Twelve
Dollars and Fifty Cents 0412.50) for the payment of services of
said Frank Fulk, Realtor.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
