PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
EIGHTLEN:(18) JUDGMENT DOCKETS AND TWO (.2) JUDGES!
DOCKETS AT A _TOTAL COST .NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM .OF ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,250.00), _AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES._
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is he� ®by
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
eighteen (18) Judgment Dockets and two (2) Judges' Docge is for
use by the Criminal Division of the Municipal Court, at a total
cost not to, dxceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($1,250.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
