AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE TWO (2) 90 -POUND CONCRETE BREAKERS AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED AND
FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00), FOR USE BY THE STREET
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
E3 FT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase two (2) 90 -pound concrete breakers for use by the
Street Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at
a cost not to exceed the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($750.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
