AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9200 IN ITS ENTIRETY,
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND
FIFTY DOLLARS (#8,250.00) TO PAY FOR A LOT LOCATED AT
7003 CANTRELL ROAD, TO BE USED BY THE CITY FOR THE
ERECTION OF A FIRE STATION THEREON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT 0=AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 9200 is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Eight Thousand Two Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($8,250.00) is hereby appropriated out of the
proper fund for the purpose of purchasing property located at 7003
Cantrell Road, which property is more accurately described as follows:
East 75 feet of all that part of the West half of Block
5, PLUNKETT I S SUBDIVISION of FOREST PARK ADDI TI ON to the City
of Little Rock, which lies South of Highway No. 10, located
wholly within the North half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski.County, Arkansas,
which property is to be used for the purpose of erecting a fire
station thereon.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrants in the total sum of $8,250.00
to such persons, individuals or corporations according to the
interest which they have in said above - described property.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall.
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
