AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9201 IN ITS ENTIRETY,
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED AND TWELVE DOLLARS
AND FIFTY CENTS ($412.50) TO PAY FRANK FULK, REALTOR, FOR
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUROHASE OF 7003 CANTRELL
ROAD FOR USE BY THE CITY IN ERECTING A FIRE STATION
THEREON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 9201 is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Four Hundred and Twelve
Dollars and Fifty Cents 0412.50) is hereby appropriated for
the purpose of paying Frank Fulk, Realtor, for his services in
connection with the purchase of property located at 7003 Cantrell
Road, Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $412.50 for
�r payment for services of said Frank Fulk, Realtor.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
