AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT NINE (9 ), BLOCK TWENTY -THREE (23), MASONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSASTAMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. 'That Lot nine (9). Block twenty -three (23), Masonic
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1415 Barber Avenue,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the as is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rem ping of the said Lot nine (9), Block twenty -
three (23), Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force,
from and after its passage.
