AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 21 FEET OF THE WEST 1" FEET OF LOT
SIX (6) AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE EAST 21 FEET OF THE WEST 1" FEET
OF LOT FIVE (5)9 BLOCK THREE HUNDRED TWENTY- -EIGHT (328), ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the east 21 feet of the west 1" feet of Lot six
(6), and the south 10 feet of the east 21 feet of the west 1" feet of
Lot five (5). Block three hundred twenty -eight (328), Original. City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1324 West Ninth Street, heretofore claAsi-
fied and zoned as "F" Commercial District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning. Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to, permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said east 21 feet of the west 144
feet of Lot six (6), and the south 10 feet of the east 21 feet of the
west 144 feet of Lot five (5), Block three hundred twenty -eight (328),
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I"
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
