AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 BY WAIVING
SIDE -YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS AS TO A GARAGE BEING
ERECTED AT 1504 BISHOP STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended
by waiving the side -yard space requirements on a garage to be
erected at 1504 Bishop Street, which is Lot 11, Block 21, of
CENTENNIAL ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, and directing
that the City Engineer not interfere with the building of such
garage structure.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and the owner of Lot
11, Block 21 of CENTENNIAL ADDITION finding it necessary that
said garage be built immediately, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
