3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ONE (1) OPERATOR PERMIT AND 112
4 TAXICAB PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK
5 TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD FROM
6 JANUARY 1, 2013, TO DECEMBER 31, 2013; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC ( GLRTS), has properly applied for
10 approval of one (1) operator permit and 112 taxicab permits for the year 2013, and has established that it
11 is properly insured and in compliance with the City Transportation Code;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
14 Section 1. GLRTS is granted one (1) operator permit and 112 taxicab permits for the period from
15 January 1, 2013, to December 31, 2013.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be
17 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this
18 resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
19 unconstitutional were not originally a part of this resolution.
20 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with any
21 provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
