RESOLUTION NO. 13,601
A RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO UTILIZE FEDERAL -AID MONIES FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF BRIDGE NO. 19621 ON NORTH CANTRELL
ROAD AT GILL STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock understands Federal -Aid Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation
Program (HBRRP) Funds are available for certain City projects at the following Federal participating
ratios:
AND, the City of Little Rock has determined that Bridge Structure No. 19621 requires replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City will participate with its designated responsibilities in this project.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all appropriate agreements and contracts
necessary to expedite the construction of this city project.
Section 3. The City pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the Arkansas State Highway and
Transportation Department to initiate action to implement this project.
Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
