AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9205 TO PROVIDE FOR
INSTALLATION OF "CURB TELLERS" AT THE CURB LINE OF FINANCIAL INSTITU-
TIONS OF THE TYPE OTHER THAN THE "DISAPPEARING TYPE."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9205, dated May 11,
1953, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. Any bank, trust company or other
financial institution that offers general banking service
to the public may install and maintain, as hereinafter
provided, along the curb line of the public sidewalks
contiguous to such bank, trust company or financial institu-
tion, One (1) mechanical banking device commonly known, and
hereinafter referred to, as a 'curb taller'."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of said Ordinance No. 9205
shall remain in full force and effect, except as hereinafter specifically
amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
