AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 22 FEET FROM CURB TO CURB FOR THAT
PORTION OF 10TH STREET WHICH LIES BETWEEN LEWIS AND PEYTON STREETS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That only twenty -two (22) feet shall be required
as the distance from curb to curb on 10th Street between Lewis and
Peyton Streets in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 3939 is amended to conform
with Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
