AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.
4013 AND OF SECTION 2021 OF BRICKHOUSE AND CASTLE
DIGEST OF 1932 AS TO R. C. CUDD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WITH RESPECT TO REPLACING PAVEMENT CUT DURING
EXCAVATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the provisions of Section 2021 of
Brickhouse and Castle Digest of 1932 with respect to the re-
placement of the removed part of any street 4Lre waived with
respect to any cuts made in the street by contractor R. C. Cudd
Construction Company acting under its contract with the Water
Works Commission for the laying of new pipe -lines in the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That all fees to be charged for re-
placement of pavement that is cut during excavation as set
forth in Ordinance No. 4013 are hereby waived as to pavement
cuts made by contractor R. C. Cadd Construction Company under
its contract with the Water Works Commission for the laying of
new pipe -lines for the Water Works.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordin$n ces
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
