AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO FILL A NEW TANK
INSTALLATION NITH INFLAMMABLE FLUID UNTIL INSPECTED,
AMENDING SECTION 1012 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7888, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That Section 1012 of Ordinance No. 7888
is hereby amended to read as follows;
"SECTION 1012. Storage of Inflammable Liquids.
(a) The storage of inflammable liquids shall be
in conformance with the requirements set forth in
Pamphlet No. 30 of the National Board of Fire Under-
writers, Edition of October, 1941.
(b) It shall be unlawful to fill' any new tank
installation with inflammable fluid until such tank has
been inspected and approved by the Building Inspector
and /or the Fire Inspector."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
