AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THAT DOCUMENTS ADOPTED IN
THE BUILDING CODE BY REFERENCE SHALL REFER TO
PAMPHLETS AND PUBLICATIONS OF THE LATEST DATE AND
ISSUE ON SPECIFICATIONS AND REGULATIONS SO ADOPTED,
AMENDING SECTION-4902 OF THE BUILDING CODE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 4902 of Ordinance No. 7888
shall be amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 4902. Documents Adopted by Reference.
The specifications and regulations which are mentioned
by title and date of publication in various parts of
this ordinance are hereby declared to be part of this
ordinance when not in conflict with a specific statement
in the body of this ordinance. Documents adopted in the
Building Code by reference shall mean pamphlets and
publications of the latest date and issue on specifica-
tions and regulations which have been adopted by
reference into this Building Code. Copies of such
latest specifications and regulations shall be kept on
file in the office of the Building Inspector."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
