AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
THREE TWO -TON TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
'i ARKANSAS:
I
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase three (3) two -ton trucks for use by the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a total
cost not to exceed the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars 37,500-00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
