AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 of ORDINANCE NO. 9137
BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9137, dated
February 16, 1953 is hereby amended to read as follows;
"SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise take
bids for and purchase six hundred and fifty 650)
gallons of zoning paint and four thousand pounds
of reflectorizing glass spheres for use by the
Little Rock Police Traffic Department, at a price
not to exceed the sum of two Thousand Dollars

SECTION 2. All other provisions of said Ordinance
No. 9137 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
