ORDINANCE No. 9250
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING PERMISSION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL
STORAGE BUILDING ON LOTS SIX (6) AND SEVEN (7), BLOCK NINE (9), SIDNEY
J. JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED! AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT- ORDAINED BY THE CITY OJUNCIL OF THE QTY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That Lots six (6) and seven (7). Block nine (9),
Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
4416 West Fifteenth Street, heretofore classified and, zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District with a waiver permitting an industrial storage
building on said lots, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots six (6) and seven (7),
Block nine (9), Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District with a
waiver permitting an industrial storage building on said lots.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
