AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH 44 FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND ALL
OF LOT TEN (10), AND LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK ELEVEN (11),
PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION, AND A STRIP OF GROUND 30 FEET WIDE LYING
EAST OF SAID LOTS FORMERLY PLATTED AS HOLLY STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
RACK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED- AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
__BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the north 42f feet of,Lot nine (9) and all of Lot
ten (10), and Lots one (1) and two (2), Block eleven (11), Pulaski
Heights Addition, and a strip of ground 30 feet wide lying east of said
lots formerly platted as Holly Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being the south side of Kavanaugh between Rose and Holly Streets, hereto-
fore classified and zoned "A" One Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said north 1+2j feet of Lot nine
(9) and all of Lot ten (10), and Lots one (1) and two (2). Block eleven
(11), Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
a strip of ground 30 feet wide lying east of said lots formerly platted
as Holly Street in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
