AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $400.00 AS A DONATION TOWARDS
THE PURCHASE OF A RESCUE TRUCK FOR THE RESCUE UNIT OF THE
LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00) is hereby appropriated for the purpose of donating
such sum towards the purchase of a rescue truck for the
Rescue Unit of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
