ORDINANCE NO. 9257
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE (1) FOUR-WAY BEACON LIGHT AND ONE
(1) MOTOR FLASHING SWITCH FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPCSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1) four -way beacon light and
one (1) motor flashing switch for use by the Police Department of the City of
Little Rock. Said beacon light to be installed at the inter - section of
Sixth and Chester Streets.
SECTION 29 The cost of such beacon light and motor flashing switch
shall not exceed One Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here -
°' with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
