AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE 1500 BALES OF JOHNSON GRASS HAY AND 1000
BALES OF LESPEDEZA HAY FOR USE BY THE MUNICIPAL
Z002 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase Fifteen Hundred (1500) bales of Johnson Grass hay
and One Thousand (1000) bales of Lespedeza hay, for use by
the Municipal Zoo.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
