AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING Alp DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TARE BIDS FOR
AND PURCHASE TWO GARBAGE TRUCKS AND TWO T$IRTEEN
YARD PACKER BEDS, AND FOR'OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise and take bids for and purchase
as provided by 3a w two garbage trucks complete with 13 yard packer
beds with two used trucks as trade ins. The price not to exceed
$150800,000
SECTION 2. This equipment will be used in the Garbage
and Sanitation Department.
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
ih full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
