ORDINANCE NO. 9 274
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH HALF OF LOT NINE (9) ARID ALL OF
LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN (416), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the north half of Lot nine (9) and all of Lot
ten (10), Block four hundred sixteen (416), Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 1908 Cumberland Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "C" Two- Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
,reclassification and rezoning of the said north half of Lot nine (9)
and all of Lot ten (10), Block four hundred sixteen (416), Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
