AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($700.00) TO PAY TRAVEL AND LIVING EXPENSES
OF 'ASSISTANT CHIEF SMITH WELE ATTENDING THE F.B.I.
NATIONAL ACADEMY AT WASHINGTON, DC. BEGINNING
AUGUST 31, 1953, AND FOR.OTHER PURPOkS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

($700.00) is hereby appropriated to pay the travel and liping
expenses of Assistant Chief Smith while attending the F. B. I.
National Academy at Washington, D. C., beginning August 31, 1953•
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrant for whatever expenses Assistant
Chief Smith may incur up to the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00)
while'attending the F. B. I. National Academy It Washington, D. C.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
g; in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
