ORDINANCE NO. 9281
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT TO EXCEED 44,500.00
FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY CONTRACTOR FURNISHING AIR- CONDI-
TIONING EQUIPMENT TO BE USED TO AIR-CONDITION THE CITY
COUNCIL AND THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL COURT CiAMBERS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to exceed Four
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) is hereby appropriated
for the purpose of paying any contractor with whom a contract is
entered into for furnishing air - conditioning equipment to be
used to air - condition the City Council and the Little Rock
Municipal Court Chambers.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant to
such contractor in payment for his services upon his submitting
to them a bill not to exceed $4,500.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
