9282ORDINANCE NO. 9282
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $7,500.00
FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY CONTRACTOR TO WhOM THE CONTRACT
MAY BE AWARDED FOR RECONDITIONING AND REFURNISIICNG THE
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to exceed Seven
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated
for the purpose of paying any contractor with whom a contract is
entered into for reconditioning and refurnishing the City Council
Chambers.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City?s warrant to such
contractor in payment for his services upon his submitting to them
a bill not to exceed $7,500.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and
approval.
