AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SET
SUCH GRADES FOR A SIDEWALK AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF MARKHAM AND HAYES STREETS AS HE MAY DEEM
NECESSARY, WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 6 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7209 WITH RESPECT TO THIS MATTER,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
r INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,

SECTION 1. That the City Engineer is hereby
authorized to set such grades for a sidewalk being built
in front of a filling station at the Northeast corner of
Markham and Hayes Street as in his judgment may be necessary
so that a safe ingress and egress may be had over this walk.
The provisions of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 7209 are hereby
waived with respect to the sidewalk at this location.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
