AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,250.00 TO BE
DEPOSITED IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CASE OF
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, VS. MANNIE SCHUMAN ET
ALSO THAT PROPERTY FOR THE USE OF TEE CITY IN WIDEN-
ING JOHNSON STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH 8th STREET
NAY BE TAKEN POSSESSION OF IMMEDIATELY BY THE CITY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
T ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Two Rundred
and Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00) is hereby appropriated to be
deposited in the registry of the Pulaski Circuit Court in the
case of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, vs. Mannie Schuman
et al, Case No. 39307, in order that the City may take
immediate possession of certain property for the use of the
City in widening Johnson Street at its intersection with 8th
Street.
:SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
