ORDINANCE NO. 9299
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TANG BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
ONE GREENSMOWER FOR THE GOLF COURSE OF THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise.,-take bids for and
purchase
one Greensmower*
for the use
of
the Golf
Course of
the Parks
and Recreation
Department
of
the City
of Little
Rock at a price not to exceed the sum of Three Hundred and
Fifty Dollars (4350.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
