has dedicated to the City of Little Rock for use as a pablic street and highway

Section 2. Nov, therefore, the City of Little Rock, by and through its
City Couacil, does hereby accept such dedication, Cad does hereby declare that

Section 3. Whereas East 15th Street in the City of Little Rode as now
located just north of and adjacent to the dedicated area, crosses the tracks
and right -of-vay of the Chicago, Rook Island & Pacific Railroad Caqxwy at a
right angle and then ugkes a right angle turn to the south at a point which
Is approximately 1061 feet east of said railroad erossing, and after running
south d distance of approximately 118 feet again turns abraptlT at a niaepW
degree angle to the left and east, thus malting a dangerous offset Frith two
blind corners in said Street and higheay in close proximity to said crossing
and constituting dangerous hasards to the ambers of the traoeliag public
using said Street and Railroad crossing thereby creating an epergeney, it is
bweby declared that an morgeney exists and this Ordinance being necessary
for the imediate preservation of the public health, peace and safety this
ordinance shall take effect fray and after its passage.
