AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THAT ALL LICENSED TAXICAB
DRIVERS MUST MEET KEYSTONE MINIMUM VISION . TESTS,
MUST NOT CARRY PASSENGERS IN THE FRONT SEAT OF THEIR
CAB, PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
