AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR INCREASED SPRINKLERING IN
TYPE V CONSTRUCTIONS AMENDING THE LAST LINE OF A TABLE
CONTAINED IN SECTION 902 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7888, KNOWN
AS THE BUILDING CODE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That the last line of the table contained
at the end of paragraph B of Section 902 of Ordinance No. 78880
commonly known as the Little Rock Building Code, is hereby
amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and since this ordinance
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of persons living
in this type of building, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
