AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1250.00 TO
DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CASE
OF CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. MANNIE SCHUMAN ET AL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1,250-00) to pay
into the Pulaski Circuit Court in the case of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, vs. Mannie Schuman et al.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $1,250.00
into the Pulaski Circuit Court.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
