AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $879.65 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING E. W. DANIEL PLUMBING COMPANY FOR
LABOR AND MATERIAL IN REPAIRING WAR MEMORIAL SWIMMING
POOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Th ®re is.hereby appropriated the sum of
Eight Hundred and Seventy -Nine Dollars and Sixty -Five Cents
($879.65) for the purpose of paying E. W. Daniel Plumbing
Company for repairing the War Memorial Swimming Pool.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the Cityls warrant in the sum of $879.65
to E. W. Daniel Plumbing Company.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
