AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE 2,000 POUNDS OF GUTTER BROOM WIRE .094 BY
.032 BY 26 INCHES; 2000 POUNDS OF AFRICAN BASS
FIBRE 26 INCHES, FOR THE STREET CLEANING DEPART-
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase two thousand (2,000) pounds of Gutter Broom Wire,
.094 by .032 by 26 inches, and two thousand pounds (2,000
lbs.) of African Bass Fibre, 26 inches, at a total cost
not to exceed the sum of Nine Hundred and Sixty Dollars
($960.00), for use by the Street Cleaning Department of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
