AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9205 AS
AMENDED BY SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9221.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9205, dated May 11,
1953, as amended by Ordinance No. 92 , dated May 25 , 19 53 ,
is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. Any bank, trust company or other
financial institution that offers general banking ser-
vice to the public may install and maintain, as hereinafter
provided, along the curb line of the public sidewalks con-
tiguous to such bank, trust company or financial institu-
tion, Two (2) mechanical banking devices commonly known,
and hereinafter referred to, as a 'curb teller' ".
SECTION 2. All other provisions of said Ordinance No. 9205
shall remain in full force and effect, except as hereinabove
specifically amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
