AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $300.00
FOR PAYMENT TO THE BEACH ABSTRACT AND GUARANTY
COMPANY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR WORK DONE.BY THEM
IN THE CASE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE
WESTERN ANNEXkTION MATTER, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Hundred Dollars is
hereby appropriated to pay the Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company of Little Rock for work done by them in the matter
of the Western Annexation of Territory to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's
warrant in the sum of Three Hundred Dollars (300.00)
payable to the Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
