ORDINANCE N0. 9333
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $200.00 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE BUILDING
INSPECTOR AND BUILDING PERMIT CLERK TO THE ANNUAL.
MEETING OF THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS TO BE
HELD IN SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, NOVEMBER 1, 1953,
THROUGH NOVEMBER 4, 19531 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
DXv IT ORDAIN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
is hereby appropriated to defray the expenses of the . Building
Inspector and the Building Permit Clerk of the City of Little
Rock while attending the annual meeting of the Southern Build-
ing Code Congress to be held in Shreveport, Louisiana,
November 1, 1953, through November 4, 1953•
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrants in the sum of One
Homed= Dollars ($100.00) each to the Building Inspector and
the Building Permit Clerk upon their presenting an itemized
statement reflecting their expenses while attending the
Southern Building Code Congress at Shreveport, Louisiana.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
