AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TARE BIDS FOR
AND PURCHASE TWO PASSENGER CARS, AND ONE PICK -UP
TRUCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`PY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
1RSAN'SAS :
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise and take bids for and purchase
as provided by law two passenger cars with trade ins. The price
not to exceed $2,500.00. One one -half ton pick -up with trade in.
The price not to exceed $1P150.00. The total cost of the above new
equipment not to exceed $3,650.00.
SECTION 2. This equipment will be used in the Garbage
and Sai it a ti on Dep artment.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealedj, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
